Maj. General Lakhwinder Singh is a decorated officer of the Indian Army with over 40 years of experience in the world’s largest army. He is acclaimed for his contribution to India’s success in the Kargil war in 1999. All these years of hands on man management and strategic planning have honed his executive skills to perfection. He founded SNG Security and Placement in 2008, post retirement. The noble thought behind the initiative was to provide an opportunity for secured livelihood to the annual outflow of young retirees of the Indian Military and Para Military forces.

In his role as the Chairman of ValueOnShore, he provides advice, support and leadership to the executive management to deliver on various business strategies.

Maj. Gen Lakhwinder Singh is an active member of Manushree (NGO), his role involves representation of the peoples voice to the powers concerned.

Gopal is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. Prior to his accountancy qualification, Gopal obtained a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Gopal worked with A.F.Ferguson (now Deloitte) where he handled numerous audits including Nestle,Yamaha Motor, Hindustan Lever and others.

Gopal also worked as the CEO of Kusum Udyog Limited and was responsible for the overall strategy and stewardship of the Company. Over his nine year plus stint with Kusum Udyog Limited he held key positions within the Company.

Nanki Singh heads the Investment Banking Services at ValueOnShore. She has been a part of the financial services industry in various roles in India and abroad. Nanki has previously worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy and IBM. Prior to joining ValueOnshore, Nanki worked with Religare Enterprises. At ValueOnShore, Nanki and her team look after the corporate finance and advisory vertical and assist clients with strategic business decisions and growth opportunities.

Nanki is an MBA from Cornell University and is an undergraduate alumni of Delhi University. She is an avid golfer and a keen equestrian.

Gaurav brings to the Company strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence. He believes in nurturing a culture that is entrepreneurial, customer focused and based on teamwork. Before joining the Company, Gaurav was a Partner with Grant Thornton India and head of the Technology Sector Focus Group for the firm. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Gaurav worked with KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.  He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Gaurav received his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

He is also advisor and independent director to various companies and organizations. Further, Gaurav is on the Board of Governors for the Delhi Chapter of Institute of Internal Auditors.
