Sunil is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of industry experience in Business Process Outsourcing, Media & Entertainment, Finance and International Accounting. He has worked with large organizations including Convergys (Director - Finance & Accounting Services), Star TV (Senior VP - Finance, Operations & Customer Services), Xerox and A. F. Ferguson (now Deloitte). He is currently the CEO at iSource, IT-ITeS company based in Delhi NCR. Sunil obtained a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Ripu is the Director of a head hunting firm Executive Diamantaire with its head office in Australia. Ripu is an accomplished business professional with more than 13 years experience in business & financial consulting across government, telecommunications and retail sectors. Due to his varied experience, he is able to work effectively with clients and stakeholders from front-line staff to senior executives. His commercial knowledge and experience coupled with an MBA from Monash University, enables him to take a holistic approach to provide appropriate solutions.
